5. EQUIPMENT AND COMPATIBILITY
Equipment compatibility may depend on manufacturers, networks, internet providers, third-party software, mobile applications, firmware, cloud services, and existing customer equipment.
BUILDEREST cannot guarantee that all third-party products, applications, services, or devices will remain compatible indefinitely.
Manufacturers and third-party providers may modify, discontinue, restrict, or change their products and services without BUILDEREST's control.
6. INTERNET AND NETWORK-DEPENDENT SERVICES
Certain cameras, smart devices, applications, remote-viewing features, access-control systems, cloud services, and automation features require reliable internet or network connectivity.

8. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED EQUIPMENT
BUILDEREST may, at its discretion, agree to install equipment purchased or supplied by a customer.
Installation of customer-provided equipment may depend on compatibility, condition, available documentation, technical requirements, and safety.
BUILDEREST does not automatically assume responsibility for defects, manufacturer limitations, missing parts, unsupported products, or failures inherent in customer-provided equipment.
Any applicable workmanship terms for such installations will be stated separately.
9. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
BUILDEREST may install, configure, recommend, or integrate products and services manufactured or operated by third parties.
Third-party products may be subject to separate:
- Manufacturer warranties
- End-user license agreements
